Leak...........Go Away!

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

So I tackled my new issue

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

Before leaving work last night,  I loosened up the fill neck and worked it back and forth while keeping pressure on the grommet in hopes it just wasn’t seated somewhere. Turns out my hopes were true, as I was doing so I heard an audible “dunk”, and the leak stopped. I bolted everything back up, drove it home, and checked again. It was clean and dry, so I shot some chassis black on it and called it a night.

Isn’t it great when things end up working out? You didn’t even need to use a hammer!

The filler neck grommet on my barracuda was a huge pain, I feel ya.

It went in surprisingly easy, apparently that’s because it didn’t go in ALL the way....
